ReversiOS

A reversi application for iOS 4 with a Minimax based AI. In order to not waste resources on the device, the programme used a modified Minimax which would hold on to the relevant subtree of the sparse decision tree after a turn.

Ingenium

Together with three fellow students I worked on an Objective-C OS X programme using genetic algorithms (mainly survival of the fittest) to improve weightings of parameters of Minimax based AIs.

Suivi de situation

I was one of the principal developers of a prototype crisis mapping programme for the Swiss Civil Protection Agency to collaboratively map casualties, resources, etc. in realtime over a LAN even without a connection to the internet. To provide max- imal compatibility, the programme was distributed in the form of a self-contained JAR offering up a HTML/JavaScript based interface to any browsers on the LAN.
